Executive Briefing participants interested in reflecting further on the processes, strategies, and context in which change happens, are invited to participate in up to three facilitated, 1-hour workshops. The workshops will provide a forum for participants to explore in greater detail the issues and themes introduced during each breakfast, to draw from their own experiences, to expand their leadership capacity, and to solidify collegial connections. The number of workshops scheduled to follow each breakfast will depend on participant interest.

 

NEW WORKSHOP OPPORTUNITY:  Using Outcomes to Create Public Sector Value

 

Since you "get what you measure," it is critical to evaluate the quality of outcomes and metrics that agencies use to drive results. This workshop will introduce an innovative framework for measuring and driving value in the public sector, provide tools to evaluate and distinguish between "good vs. poor" outcomes and metrics, and share best practices and strategies about how to overcome the implementation challenges outcome management poses.
